The Opportunity
Randstad Education is currently partnering with a prestigious co-educational Catholic College located in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs.

Established over 40 years ago, this College operates across a unique multi-campus structure designed to provide age-appropriate learning environments for their students. We are seeking a passionate English Teacher to join their supportive Humanities faculty for a Term 1, 2026 start.

This is a full-time, ongoing position.

About the Role Reporting to the Learning Area Leader, you will:

• Teach English across the secondary cohort (Years 7–12), fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of the subject.

• Create engaging, challenging, and differentiated lessons for students of varying abilities.

• Contribute to the holistic development of students through the school’s pastoral care program.

• Collaborate with a highly experienced English faculty to share resources and best practices.

Successful Criteria

• Registration: Current VIT Registration (or eligibility to apply).

• Ethos: A willingness to support and respect the ethos of a Catholic school.

• Experience: Applications are warmly welcomed from recent graduates and early-career teachers, as well as experienced educators. Mentorship is available for graduate staff.
